DNA physicians are Board Certified or Board Eligible with extensive backgrounds in Nephrology and Internal Medicine.  Several are diplomats of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Critical Care Board.  Many are part-time faculty members at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas or with other university programs.  Several are currently, or have recently served as directors of Nephrology departments or Nephrology laboratories at major Dallas area hospitals, including Methodist Medical Center, Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia - Medical City, Baylor University Medical Center, St. Paul Medical Center, Doctors Hospital, and Columbia Medical Center Plano.
