Palak S. Parikh, MD
Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) welcomes Dr. Palak S. Parikh, who joined our group practice on August 2, 2017. Dr. Parikh will be seeing patients at our Mesquite office.
In 2006, Dr. Parikh received her medical degree while attending Texas A&M System Health Science Center College of Medicine in College Station, TX. She completed her internal medicine residency in 2009 and nephrology fellowship in 2011 at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC. She is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology, is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, American College of Physicians and American Medical Association. Dr. Parikh speaks English and Gujarati.
