Congratulations to Jose A. Castillo-Lugo, MD as the recipient of the Teaching Award of the Year presented by Methodist Dallas Hospital Fellowship. Dr. Castillo was honored with this distinguished award for his outstanding contribution to Methodist Dallas Nephrology fellowship teaching program during their 80th Methodist Dallas Graduate Medical Education (GME) graduation ceremony which was held on June 18, 2016.
Dr. Castillo currently serves as the Medical Director of the Kidney/Pancreas Transplant Program at Methodist.
Dr. Castillo joined Dallas Nephrology Associates in 1994, is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine, and practices at both our Dallas Bishop office and Dallas Transplant Institute.
