Dr. Kim M. Rice recently presented on Improving Outcomes in Transplant during Kidney Week 2015. American Society of Nephrology’s annual conference, Kidney Week, is attended by the most influential kidney professionals and occurred November 3-8, 2015 in San Diego, CA.
Dr. Rice’s presentation, Belatacept Patients Had Superior Graft Survival Compared with Cyclosporine Patients: Final Results from BENEFIT, concluded that patients receiving a belatacept-based regimen resulted in better graft survival, better renal function and reduced incidence of de novo DSA.
