Insurance

We accept most insurance plans. Your insurance coverage will be verified when you make your first appointment. If there is a problem, we will contact you.

We cooperate fully with patients’ insurance carrier; however, it is important that you are aware of any restrictions specific to your plan. Please call your insurance carrier if you have questions about coverage. We will do our best to help you.

Professional Fees

Patients are responsible for paying deductibles and co-payments at the time of their visit. To make payment convenient, we accept all major credit cards, cash or checks.
