Dr. Sumit Kumar joined DNA in 2002 and practices Interventional Nephrology and sees patients at our North office location.  Dr. Kumar received his medical degree from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India in 1992.  His Internship, Residency and Nephrology and Hypertension Fellowship were completed at SUNY Health Science Center, Syracuse, New York and University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver, Colorado.  Dr. Kumar is the Medical Director of Acute Nephrology Services at Baylor Medical Center, Garland and is actively involved with the residency teaching program at Presbyterian Hospital, Dallas.
