Dr. Rizwan received his medical degree from Dow Medical College, Karaxhi, Pakistan.  He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency from Cook County Hospital, Chicago, Illinois. He did his Nephrology Fellowship from University of California Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. He joined DNA in 1998.  He is Board Certified in both Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He recertified his Nephrology Boards in 2004. He sees patients in our North Office. His hospital practice is based at Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, but he also covers most of North Dallas hospitals including Baylor Garland, Baylor Plano, and Heart Hospital.
