    Our patient education group class is for patients with any stage of CKD.  In these classes you will learn all about how the kidneys work and what happens when the kidneys are damaged.  You will also get a brief overview of transplantation, dialysis and conservative treatment.

    Group classes are free and include take home educational materials; however you must reserve your spot. Please contact your DNA healthcare provider or office to schedule an appointment to attend a group class near you.  Some group classes are also available in Spanish at select clinics.

    Show your kidneys some love through preventative care.  Improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by kidney and urinary tract diseases, as well as providing emotional support to transplant recipients and donor families, is at the heart of the National Kidney Foundation’s Patient Services Program.  This seminar provides patient education, information, and resources to kidney patients and their families.  Luncheon is also included in the attendee fee stated below.
