My two favorite doctors that I follow are Dr Jason Fung and Dr Robert Lustig. My doctor at Dallas Nephrology is Dr Kilari. He is also a big fan of both. That means we speak the same language regarding my care. I have total confidence in Dr Kilari.

Dr. Kilari was patient and prompt explaining my condition and the problems to me. However, he made eye contact and seemed to be speaking to my uncle more than me, the patient (a female). It wasn't bad, just odd.

I was placed on the Nurse Practitioner's schedule and not DR. Kilari's schedule. I was specifically referred to him as my provider and not the practice (DNA) while I'm sure the practice is good, Dr. Kilari has an outstanding reputation among fellow physicians and comes with excellent recommendations from nephrologists. The NP was very polite and efficient when putting me back on Dr. Kilari's schedule.
