DNA Welcomes Dr. Faryal Niazi to the Fort Worth Office Practice

Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) welcomes Dr. Faryal Niazi, who joined our group practice in February 2018. Dr. Niazi sees patients at our Fort Worth Mistletoe office.

In 1997, Dr. Niazi received her medical degree while attending Fatima Jinnah Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. She completed her internal medicine residency in 2009 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO and her nephrology fellowship in 2012 at Washington Hospital Center, in Washington, DC. She is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. She speaks both English and Urdu. Her hobbies include reading, travel, and music.
