My experience with Dr. Idris was very disappointing. I came to my appointment because of concerns about my kidneys, but it seemed that Dr. Idris had not reviewed my medical chart before entering the room. He appeared unfamiliar with my medical history.I did not feel that my concerns were heard or taken seriously. I expected my physician to be prepared, review my records, and focus on the reason for my appointment. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and without confidence in the care I received.Because of this experience, I will be seeking a new physician. I hope this feedback encourages better preparation, communication, and patient-centered care in the future.
