    When a patient is not well, some drs tend to only speak to the family and ignore the patient. Dr. Silverstein always makes eye contact, and includes me in all conversations and decisions. This is so important! Thank you so very much. Even if a patient is ill, it is important to treat them with respect and agency. Dr. Silversten always does this.
