Dr Kaln seemed very preoccupied while in the room with us. He answered two phone calls, and text messages while he's trying to talk to us. These calls/mags were of personal matters (family travels/vacation - something of that sort). He really didn't have the time of day for my concerns. This was our second trip here, and we expected more information and influence for my health. I was given a goal when I was here the first trip and I met it but yet that wasn't good enough to proceed with more processing to get me on the transplant list.

Provider seemed rush and in a hurry to get in and out.
