“Dr. Syed is a very engaging, caring and knowledgeable doctor. It had been 51/2 years, since I had been to her office and first time at the new location on Old Shephard. As soon as Dr. Syed stepped into the office, she greeted me like I was an old friend. She asked how I’ve been since I last visited her office. She asked about my mom, whom I was the caretaker for in 2017. I don’t know what got into me but, tears started rolling from my eyes as no other doctor really thought to care enough to ask me about my mom. I told her that my mom had passed away February 2018. She offered her condolences. It is refreshing that a doctor out of all the hundreds of patients seen in those last 51/2 years she notes little personal reminders in her chart about each of her patients. Dr. Syed don’t treat you as a number she treats you as a human. THAT is exactly why I requested that Dr. Syed continue my care and I’m GLAD that I did. Dr. Syed PLEASE don’t EVER stop caring and humanizing your patients.”
