Congratulations to Roberto L. Collazo-Maldonado, MD, FACP, FASN! He is the recipient of the 2019 Internal Medicine Subspecialty Attending Physician Award presented by the IInternal Medicine residency program during their Internal Medicine graduation event on June 14, 2019.
During his practice, Dr. Collazo has received multiple awards, including the “D Magazine” Best Docs. In 2017, he received the Methodist Dallas Hospital’s 2017 Internal Medicine Teaching Faculty of the Year Award, as well as the Nephrology Fellowship Program Teaching Award.
Dr. Collazo-Maldonado serves as the Chief of Nephrology and Program Director for the Nephrology Fellowship Program at Methodist Dallas. He joined Dallas Nephrology Associates 20 years ago in 1999. Dr. Collazzo-Maldonado, is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine, and practices at our Dallas Bishop office.
